Getting to know each other
You leave your details. Within two working days we call you for a no-obligation conversation about your property and your wishes.

Home visit and revenue estimate
We visit the property and prepare a realistic estimate of the annual revenue, including costs.

Photography and going live
We arrange professional photography and copy and publish your property on our channels and the platforms.

Renting out and taking care
Bookings, guest contact, cleaning, changeovers and maintenance run through us. You see the results in your overview.

Good to know
- Can I still use the property myself?
- Of course. You simply block the periods you want to use yourself. The earlier you share them, the better we can fill the rental calendar.
- What does renting out through Hello Travel cost?
- We work with a commission on the realised rental income, plus agreements about cleaning and linen. We make this fully transparent during our first conversation.
- What do you expect from my property?
- A well-kept, complete interior and a safe, properly maintained home. We are happy to suggest small improvements that directly generate more bookings.
- Do you arrange cleaning and maintenance too?
- Yes. We work with our own cleaning teams and trusted regional partners for the garden, technical maintenance and repairs.
- How quickly can my property go live?
- After agreement it usually takes two to four weeks, depending on photography and the finishing touches to the interior.
